Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your unworn item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Returns must include the completed return form. Returns are carried out through our partner courier service and shipped to our warehouse. The return shipping date is considered to be the date indicated by the courier on the proof of collection.

Returns for orders over €50 are free of charge. For orders below €50, a fee of €6 will be deducted to cover shipping and return costs. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.

Return Conditions 

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.  
  • All accompanying items (e.g. tags, boxes, accessories) must be included.  

Return process 

Inside your parcel, you will find a return form. Please make sure that your return shipment is accompanied by the completed return form, as it is required for the processing of your request. 

You can choose one of the following return methods: 

1. Speedex Courier 

You may return your order via Speedex in two ways: 

  • Drop-off at a Speedex partner store Visit your nearest Speedex location and hand over your return parcel.  
  • Pickup from your location Schedule a pickup by: a) Calling our Customer Care : +30 210 2200977  b) Sending your request via email to : customercare@rvudistribution.com

2. BoxNow Lockers

You can return your order throughBox Now lockers, available 24/7 for your convenience.

If your order was originally delivered via Box Now, the return can be completed easily using the same 10-digit voucher code you received for the delivery. Simply visit any Box Now locker that suits you and enter the 10-digit code on the pinpad. The locker will open automatically, allowing you to place your return parcel inside.

The courier will collect the parcel the next day, and it will be returned to our warehouse within 3 working days.

Return & Exchange Restrictions

  • In the interest of hygiene, earrings, hair accessories, socks, shoe laces, and shoe care products may not be refunded or exchanged at any time.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Items purchased from other retailers, including department stores, should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and will be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

Returns by mail are only accepted for orders placed online. Note that items can only be exchanged or returned in the country where they were originally purchased.

How can I return my order?

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

Once your return is processed, refunds will usually appear within 14 business days.

When will I receive my refund after returning my item by mail?

Once your return is received and processed at our warehouse, your refund will be issued within 14 business days.

What items are not eligible for return?
