Any natural person visiting the website pages or using its services shall, for the purposes hereof, be referred to as the “User/Consumer”.
These General Terms of Use of the website and of purchase of products/services through our online store (hereinafter the “Terms of Use” or the “Terms of Transactions”) define the terms and conditions governing your browsing of the Website aldoshoes.gr, its use, and the sales agreement concluded between us for the purchase of products through our online store.
Access to and use of this website, as well as the purchase of products from aldoshoes.gr, are based on the assumption that these Terms of Use have been read, understood, and accepted by the User/Consumer. Any modification or update of the General Terms of Use shall be published on the homepage of aldoshoes.gr and/or by any other appropriate means as soon as it occurs and shall be binding immediately upon publication in this section of the website.
It is clarified that any amendment to these Terms of Use shall not affect orders already placed through the online store prior to the entry into force of such amendments. 2. OUR COMPANY POLICY
RVU Distribution S.A. has adopted a business policy aimed at selling products through its services and the Website aldoshoes.gr exclusively to “Users/Consumers”.
“User/Consumer” means any natural person who visits and transacts on aldoshoes.gr for purposes outside their commercial, business, or professional activity (if any).
Therefore, aldoshoes.gr offers products and services intended for and sold exclusively to end Users/Consumers. The sale of products for commercial resale purposes is prohibited.
RVU Distribution S.A. reserves all its rights, including expressly the right not to accept purchase proposals that give the impression they are made for further commercial distribution or resale of the products.

3. LIABILITIES / OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
3.1 Liability of Users/Customers of the Online Store – Access and Use

The manufacturer of each product you purchase is liable for any damage caused by defects in its products, in accordance with applicable legislation. Any agreement limiting or excluding such liability of the manufacturer shall be null and void.

3.2.1 Liability for Defects, Loss

The above obligations of the Company shall cease to apply if the defect has been caused by you or if the returned product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning (including dirt, wear, scratches, creases, etc.).
In all cases, products must be accompanied by the necessary supporting documents and proof of purchase.
For lack of conformity to be considered valid, the Company must be notified within a reasonable time from the date the issue was identified. In case of loss of the product prior to delivery to you, you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase and receive a refund of any amount paid.
If, for any reason, your order has been executed incorrectly (wrong product, incorrect price, etc.), you must inform us immediately using the contact details above.
You are informed that the risk of loss or damage to the products lies with the Company until you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods. From that point onward, the risk transfers to you.
However, the risk transfers to you at the delivery time to the carrier if the carrier was selected and instructed by you and such option was not offered by aldoshoes.gr, without prejudice to your rights against the carrier.
3.2.2 Limitation of Warranties – Liability
RVU Distribution S.A. and aldoshoes.gr always act in good faith and within the framework of applicable legislation and these General Terms and Conditions.
Within this context, aldoshoes.gr takes and continues to take all necessary technical and organizational measures and makes every reasonable effort to ensure that:
- the Website and the Online Store operate smoothly and uninterruptedly, without problems, interruptions, delays, errors, or technical malfunctions,
- the data and information transmitted through the Website are not altered and are protected through appropriate security measures and backup systems, taking into account that security systems are subject to inherent limitations,
- the technology and servers through which the Online Store is provided operate free from viruses or other harmful components or software.
However, aldoshoes.gr provides no guarantees in relation to the above and shall not be liable for any damage arising therefrom, without prejudice to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Furthermore, aldoshoes.gr provides no warranty:
- as to the suitability, effectiveness, or adequacy of the products for the specific purpose for which you intend them, and
- as to the proper and timely performance of contractual obligations by other Users/Customers of the Website.

All other trademarks used to distinguish the products sold on aldoshoes.gr and displayed on the Website are the registered trademarks of the respective product manufacturers and are used on aldoshoes.gr solely for the purpose of identifying, describing, and promoting the products offered for sale.
RVU DISTRIBUTION S.A., as well as all other trademark owners, are entitled to the exclusive use of their respective trademarks.

These General Terms of Use shall be governed by Greek law.
6. PROMOTIONAL COUPONS
Use of Coupon – Gift Voucher
Any promotional campaigns displayed on this Online Store are valid while stocks last and only for the period specified for each promotional campaign.
Promotional coupons are personalized codes that provide a discount on the purchase of products from aldoshoes.gr. Gift vouchers also bear personalized codes that provide a discount on purchases from aldoshoes.gr. Coupons and gift vouchers cannot, under any circumstances, be exchanged for cash.
It is noted that only one (1) gift voucher or one (1) discount coupon may be used per order. Each gift voucher/coupon has an expiration date, may be used only once, and its full value must be used in a single transaction, as no monetary balance or refund is provided.
If you hold a gift voucher or coupon from aldoshoes.gr and wish to redeem it, please follow the steps below:
Add the products you wish to order to your shopping cart. During the checkout process, enter the gift voucher or coupon code in the “Discount Code” field and click “Apply” in order for the discount to be calculated. You may then complete your order using your preferred payment method.
Use of Gift Voucher
The value of the gift voucher includes VAT and is valid for purchases from the online store aldoshoes.gr for a single order and until the expiration date indicated on the voucher.
No monetary refund is provided from its use.
Use of Coupon
The value of the coupon includes VAT, is valid exclusively for purchases from the online store aldoshoes.gr, and until the expiration date indicated on the coupon.
If the coupon applies to a specific product, then it is valid only for that specific product, while stocks last and until the expiration date indicated on the coupon.
It is expressly stated that the products offered at a discount, as well as the amount of such discount, are determined at the sole discretion of aldoshoes.gr. aldoshoes.gr may, at any time during the validity of the coupon, modify the products offered at a discount as well as the level of discount applied. Furthermore, aldoshoes.gr bears no liability arising from such changes.
The Company declares that it will fulfill orders based on product availability and while stocks last, in accordance with the general terms governing sales through the online store.
In the event that you wish to exercise your Right of Withdrawal from the Sales Contract, as provided under consumer protection legislation, and return a product purchased using a promotional coupon, you must follow the standard return procedure as described in the Return Policy.
Once the return of the purchased product is accepted, the corresponding coupon code will be reinstated to its original value.
Any difference between the value of the coupon and the price of the product purchased will be refunded within the timeframe of our standard refund procedure.

The submission of an order does not automatically reserve stock. 18. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND ITS EXERCISE

18.2
In the case of an order of multiple products delivered separately, the above period shall commence from the receipt of the last product.

18.4
Upon exercising the right of withdrawal, you are required to return the product or provide proof that it has been dispatched within the applicable deadline.
18.5 Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of a valid withdrawal, the Company shall refund the amounts received from you for the returned product without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen (14) days from the date it is informed of the withdrawal. The refund shall be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
The Company may withhold the refund until it has received the product or until it has received proof that the product has been returned, whichever occurs first.
The consumer must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, within fourteen (14) days from the date of notification of the withdrawal.

The User/Customer must handle the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as would be permitted in a physical store.
18.8
The consumer shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
18.9
The right of withdrawal shall not apply in cases provided for under applicable law. Indicatively, it shall not apply to products that have been used, products made to order or with personalized characteristics, products which are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed, as well as products which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.
19. RETURNS OF PRODUCTS

You have the right to return products purchased from the online store where, due to the fault of aldoshoes.gr, incorrect products were delivered, or where products are demonstrably defective or have been demonstrably damaged during transport.
